Your Home Deserves a Second Look After Dark
Custom landscape and architectural lighting, designed and installed to make your property the best-looking one on the street — every night, not just in daylight.
You Spent Years on the Outside of Your Home. Then It Gets Dark.
Most homeowners invest heavily in landscaping, hardscape and facade — and then lose all of it for fourteen hours a day. Lighting is the only improvement that gives you back the half of the year, and the half of the day, you're currently not seeing.
- Architectural uplighting that shows off the house itself
- Safe, even light on every walkway, step and driveway edge
- Specimen trees, gardens and outdoor kitchens brought back at night
Designed, Installed and Maintained by One Team
We handle the whole lifecycle — the design that makes it look intentional, the install that makes it last, and the maintenance that keeps it looking like night one.
Architectural Lighting
Uplighting, grazing and wash lighting that reveals stone, columns, gables and rooflines — the details that make your house look like the architect intended.

Before You Call
How much does landscape lighting cost?
Most residential projects land between $1,800 and $7,500 depending on fixture count and property size. A 6–8 fixture front-of-house package starts at $1,800; a full-property design with 16–25 fixtures typically runs $5,000–$7,500. Every project is quoted at a fixed price after a free on-site design consultation — no hourly billing, no surprises.
Do I need a licensed electrician for this?
We install low-voltage (12V) systems, which run well below the threshold that requires an electrical license in New Jersey. If your project needs a new line-voltage circuit or panel work, we coordinate that portion with a licensed New Jersey electrician rather than doing it ourselves.
Isn't fall or winter the wrong time to install?
It's actually the best time. Darkness arrives by 5pm, so you see the result immediately instead of waiting until 9pm in July. Scheduling is also far more open than in spring, when everyone calls at once. We install straight through the winter as long as the ground is workable.
How long does installation take?
Most residential installations finish in one to two days. Larger estate projects with multiple zones and transformers may run three. Your written proposal states the timeline before any work starts.
What if a light fails later?
Our workmanship carries a 2-year warranty, and fixtures carry their manufacturer's warranty on top of that. If something fails in that window, we come out and fix it at no cost to you.
Will you tear up my lawn and beds?
No. Low-voltage wire is trenched shallow with a blade, not excavated, and beds are restored as we go. On finished lawns the line closes behind us and is invisible within a week.
Do you maintain the system after install?
Yes — and we'd encourage it. Our annual care plans start at $249/year and cover seasonal timer changes, LED replacement, fixture cleaning and re-aiming, and transformer inspection. Fixtures shift over time as plants grow; the plan is what keeps year three looking like night one.
